The complex is part of a zone embedded in the forests and unique in its kind for history and nature, in a charming panoramic position on the ridge of the MONTE VASO mountains , with a view to the WEST on the Lake Santa Luce and the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago , to the east on Miemo, Lajatico, Volterra and beyond, dominated by VITALBA MOUNT (674 m), on which there is an AEOLIC PARK, goal of visitors with a technical-scientific interest for the structures and the wonderful panoramas that can be admired. Inside of a park of beyond 400 hectares and of a great field of 5 hectares destined for reforestation.

The compound offers 4 farmhouses of several dimensions, all one-storied, independent, with separate garden and parking space.

The apartments have been realized in an ancient farmhouse originating from the seventeenth century, conserving the particular characteristics and the unemotional style of the houses and farms of TUSCANY, with panelling in wood and tile, external front in stone and bricks, tile floor, wooden doors and windows. All equipment is in compliance with valid standards. The furniture inside is rustic and simple. The kitchens are equipped with electric oven and dishwasher, and every apartment is equipped with colour-TV-system and independent heating.

For all apartments a SWIMMING POOL is available, and they are equipped with room and bath linen
