Location: Sorbugnano-Riparbella (Pi), isolated in hilly region, partly cultivated with olivs and wine, partly forestal; the sea can be seen afar. Distances: approx 10 kms/10 mls. to sandy beaches of Cecina and Vada, in the north of which follow about another 10 kms/6 mls. of beaches of gravel and rocks. Volterra approx. 30 kms/19 mls., S.Giminiano 45 kms/28 mls., Bolgheri 25 to 30 kms/16 to 19 mls., Piombino 50 kms/31 mls., Livorno 35 kms/22 mls., Pisa 55 kms/34 mls., Florence 140 kms/87 mls. Purchases: on the compound it is possible to buy oliv oil, wine fruit and seasonal vegetables. For basic needs there is the village of Riparbella and all the rest can be found at Cecina. House: The farm-house was buildt from the father of the owner who lives on the round-floor; there are three apartments on the first floor. The owner cultivates the area around the house, there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens. A riding school is in the surroundings.
