Location: Guardistallo (Li). The rustic cottage is situated isolated directly next to the village of Guardistallo which is one of a group of three typical places: Guardistallo, Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo. The three villages are located on the first hills from Cecina and the coast. Those hills are dividing the Cecina River valley that comes from Volterra into the plain giving space to Bibbona, Bolgheri e Castagneto Carducci. Excursions to the neighbourhood are possible. Distances: 15 km to Cecina and the splendid sandy beaches from Rosignano to the Gulf of Baratti-Piombino. 15 km to Bolgheri, 45 km Piombino, 35 km Livorno, 55 km Pisa, 130 km Florence, 70 km Grosseto. Shopping: the owners are active in biological cultivation: thus the following products are available for purchase: wine, olive-oil, fruit, and meat from the animals they raise. For basic needs there is Guardistallo. There and also in the other two villages are some good restaurants. Shops for all requirements can be found at Cecina. House: completely refurbished, it is situated on the very little frequented road that descends at a slope of the hill of Guardistallo. The house is divided into 2 apartments.
